- The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for bKash and Nagad. Minimum deposit amounts for other payment methods may differ and are displayed at the time of transaction.
- Deposits are credited to the player's account balance upon confirmed receipt of cleared funds. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within seconds. Delays caused by the payment provider are outside ku915's control.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit on the same account, or to a payment method verified as belonging to the account holder.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ku915 platform. ku915 reserves the right to take immediate action — including account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds — against any player found to be engaged in any of the following activities.
- Registering more than one account on the ku915 platform, whether under the same name, a different name, or using a third party's identity.

ku915 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason that ku915 determines in good faith to be in the interest of the platform, its players, or in compliance with applicable laws or regulations. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ku915 support.
- Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonuses subject to wagering requirements that have not been met) will be returned to the player via the payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
- Accounts closed due to self-exclusion requests will not be reopened for a minimum period as specified at the time of the self-exclusion request. ku915 takes self-exclusion obligations seriously and will not solicit closed accounts with marketing communications.
- Accounts that have been dormant for a period of 12 consecutive months with no login activity may be designated as inactive. ku915 will attempt to contact the account holder before any administrative fee is applied to a dormant account balance.
